针刺干预治疗亚临床型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation on Acupuncture in Treating Subclinical Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的研究针刺干预治疗亚临床型糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的疗效。方法将62例经电生理诊断为亚临床型DPN患者随机分为两组,对照组采用单纯药物治疗(降糖、营养神经、改善微循环治疗),治疗组采用针药并用(在上述药物治疗基础上加用针刺治疗)。治疗4星期(针刺2个疗程)后,复查两组患者的神经传导速度(nerveconduction velocity,NCV)。结果治疗组对亚临床型DPN患者的NCV的改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针刺干预治疗亚临床型DPN有很好的疗效,体现了中医学治未病的思想。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture in treating subclinical diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Method Sixty-two patients with subclinical DPN diagnosed by electrophysiology were randomized into two groups. The control group was treated with medication alone （hypoglycemic, neurotrophic, and improving microcirculation treatment）, while the treatment group was with acupuncture and medication together （acupuncture treatment was applied in addition to the above mentioned medication）. After 4-week treatment （2 courses of acupuncture treatment）, nerve conduction velocity （NCV） was examined again. Result Subclinical DPN patients in the treatment group showed significantly better improvement of NCV than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture produces satisfactory therapeutic efficacy in treating subclinical DPN, which reflects the concept of preventing disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
