温针灸加身痛逐瘀汤治疗膝关节滑膜炎疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Warm Needling plus Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in Treating Knee Synovitis

目的观察针药并用治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法将44例患者随机分为两组,每组22例,对照组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用抽液加压并静脉滴注青霉素,治疗组以温针灸、拔罐、抽液加压和内服身痛逐瘀汤。观察两组治疗2个疗程及3个疗程后的临床疗效。结果治疗2个疗程后治疗组痊愈率为27.3%,对照组为9.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个疗程后治疗组痊愈率为63.6%,对照组为36.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针药并用治疗膝关节滑膜炎有助于缩短疗程,提高疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of combined use of acupuncture and medicine on knee synovitis. Method Forty-four patients were randomly allocated to two groups, 22 cases each. The control group received fluid aspiration and pressure bandage plus intravenous drips of penicillin in addition to routine Western medical treatment and the treatment group, warm needling, cupping, fluid aspiration and pressure bandage, and oral administration of Shentong Zhuyu decoction. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups after two and three courses of treatment. Result After two courses of treatment, the cure rate was 27.3% in the treatment group and 9. l% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. After three courses of treatment, the cure rate was 63.6% in the treatment group and 36.4% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined use of acupuncture and medicine to treat knee synovitis helps to shorten the course of treatment and improve the therapeutic effect.
