电针对肩周炎兔血清和肌肉组织中5-HT和PGE_2含量的影响 被引量:27

Effect of Electroacupuncture on Serum and Muscular 5-HT and PGE_2 Contents in Rabbit Models of Shoulder Periarthritis

摘要 目的观察电针对肩关节周围炎(肩周炎)模型兔血清和肌肉组织中5-HT和PGE2含量的影响,探讨电针对肩周炎干预作用的可能机制。方法将24只雄性新西兰兔随机分为正常组、模型组、电针组,每组8只。应用持续劳损加冰敷方法制备肩周炎家兔模型,于实验第9天开始进行电针干预,取肩髃、曲池穴,每星期3次,共12次。第33天进行实验取材,分别取血清、肱二头肌、冈上肌、冈下肌,检测5-HT和PGE2的变化。结果造模后,模型组血清和肌肉组织中5-HT和PGE2含量均较正常组显著升高(P<0.01);电针组血清和肌肉组织中5-HT和PGE2含量较模型组均降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),而与正常组相比,除血清5-HT有升高外,其余均与正常组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论电针肩髃、曲池可有效降低血清和肩关节周围肌肉组织中的5-HT和PGE2含量,从而减轻其介导的炎症反应和疼痛,发挥外周抗炎和镇痛作用。 Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on serum and muscular 5-HT and PGE2 contents in rabbit models of shoulder periarthritis, and to discover the possible mechanism of electroacupuncture in intervening shoulder periarthritis. Method Twenty-four male New Zealand rabbits were randomized into a normal group, a model group, and an electroacupuncture group, 8 in each group. The shoulder periarthritis model was established by constant mechanical strain and application of ice bag. Electroacupuncture intervention started on day 9, by selecting Jianyu (LI15) and Quchi (LI 11), three times a week, 12 times in total. Experimental samples, including serum, biceps, supraspinatus, and infraspinatus were collected on day 33, for detecting the changes of 5-HT and PGE2 contents. Result Aider modeling, serum and muscular 5-HT and PGE2 contents increased significantly (P〈0.01). In the electroacupuncture group, serum and muscular 5-HT and PGE2 contents were markedly lower compared to those in the model group (P〈0.05,P〈0.01); compared to the normal group, the electroacupuncture group only had a higher serum 5-HT level, and the differences in other indexes were statistically insignificant (P〉0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Jianyu (LI15) and Quchi (Llll) can effectively reduce 5-HT and PGE2 contents in serum and shoulder periarticular muscles, relieve their induced inflammatory reaction and pain, and thus display peripheral anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
