期刊作为优于图书的信息源 ,若充分发挥其应有的效能 ,必须建立有特色的馆藏体系 ,运用现代化手段 ,抓好管理。同时 ,建立完善的服务体系 。
The periodical is a kind of information source which is superior to the book.In order to make full use of periodicals,we must establish a library collection system of special characters with means of modern technology and managenent.At the same time,we must establish a complete service system and improve our librarians' service level constantly.
