摘要 根据不同水源可提供不同的水质及不同用水部门对水质要求不同的问题,结合天津市水资源供需实际情况,考虑当地地表水、地下水、外调水工程、其他水源及考虑工业、农业、生活和生态四类用水,划分北三河山区、北四河下游平原、大清河淀东平原三个子区。综合考虑经济、社会及生态环境多目标效益建立了基于分质供水的多目标水资源优化配置模型,采用大系统总体优化遗传算法求解,配合风险决策分析软件The Deci-sionTools Suite(5.5Industrial)的Evolver插件,得出了三个分区的水资源配置方案,结果表明工业用水和生活用水均可得到很好的满足,农业用水和生态用水有所不足。结合优化配置结果分析了相关原因,提出了未来发展建议。 According to that different water source can supply different water quality and that different users have different quality requirements,the actual conditions of water supply and demand in Tianjin are analyzed.The area is divided into three sub-distract.The water supply includes local surface water,ground water,water transfer project and other water sources.Water users classified as industrial water,agricultural water,domestic water and water for ecological use.Then the multi-objective optimal allocation model of water resources based on water supply in different quality is established by considering the objects of economy,social security and eco-environments.The model is solved by the large-scale general optimization genetic algorithm(GA) with the help of Evolver of risk decision analysis software"The DecisionTools Suite(5.5 Industrial)".Three regional water resources allocation programs are obtained.The results show that the industrial water and domestic water requirements can be well meet,but the agricultural water and ecological water are lack to a certain extent.Finally,the related causes are analyzed and the future development suggestions are presented.
