水电工程人工砂石生产的成组作业排序研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对水电工程人工砂石生产线容易出现无序化导致生产进度滞后和成本增加的问题,考虑人工砂石生产线的特点对人工砂石生产作业进行优化排序,根据不同人工砂石在加工上的相似性,在满足约束条件的情况下以总加工流程时间最小化为目标函数,建立了砂石生产线的成组作业排序模型,并利用CDS启发式算法进行求解,达到人工砂石生产系统最优化的目标。通过工程实例验证了该模型及算法的合理性。 Disorderliness of artificial aggregate production line is easy to emerge in hydropower project,which can result in production schedule delays and cost issues.Owing to this problem and taking into account the characteristics of artificial aggregate production line,it is import to optimize the sorting of artificial aggregate production processes.According to the similarity of different artificial aggregate processing and meeting constraints,taking minimization total process time as objective function,group scheduling model of aggregate production line is established.By using CDS heuristic algorithm,the goal of artificial aggregate production system optimization is achieved.Rationality of the model and algorithm is verified by an engineering example.
