摘要
针对大湄公河次区域(GMS)电力贸易中心建设过程中存在的多种风险,从政治、交易、社会三方面分析了GMS电力贸易中心培育过程中所涉及的主要风险,采用优先序关系——三角权模型对风险进行评价,以保障GMS电力贸易中心培育阶段的有序运行。结果表明,GMS电力贸易中心建设阶段的风险等级较高。
Aiming at the risks of GMS power trading center in construction process,this article analyzes the main risk of GMS power trading center in the cultivating process from the aspects of politics,trade and society.And then the triangle right model based priority order relation is applied to evaluate risk so that GMS power trading center is ensured order operation in cultivating stage.The results show that and the risk degree of GMS power trading center is higher in the construction stage.
