摘要
文中阐述了一种谐振型声表面波传感器的结构和工作原理 ,介绍其测试机理和数据处理方法。通过实验证明了其在理论和技术上的可行性。
This paper elaborates the structure and working theory of a kind of resonance SAW sensor. It also introduces the testing theory and data processing method. On the basis of experiment, it proves the theoretic and feasibility of the SAW sensor.
