摘要
本研究工作旨在通过将PA6和TPEE共混来制备热塑性弹性体.研究结果表明由未萃取的PA6和TPEE制备的热塑性弹性体,由于PA6中所含的未萃取物有效地改善了共混物的形态,因此共混物具有优异的断裂伸长率和弹性.而由萃取过的PA6和TPEE制备的热塑性弹性体,由于PA6和TPEE不相溶,结果导致共混物的形态和弹性都较差.
The present work aims at producing thermolplastic elastomer by blending polyamid-6 and TPEE. The extractables in unextracted polyamid-6 improved the morphology of blends. These blends have super elongation rate at break and endow blends good elasticity. The blends prepared by extracted PA6 and TPEE present poor morphology and elastic behavior attributed to the immiscibility.
