摘要
以Bi(NO3)3.5H2O和吡嗪-2,3-二羧酸(2,3-H2pzdc)为原料,在100℃的水溶液中回流反应合成了铋(Ⅲ)配合物Bi(2,3-Hpzdc)2(μ-OH),采用元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱、X射线粉末衍射和热重分析等方法对配合物的组成和结构进行了表征.X射线粉末衍射数据指标化计算证实该配合物晶体结构属于单斜晶系,晶胞参数为a=1.714 3 nm,b=1.383 0 nm,c=1.832 1 nm,β=95.63°.与DNA相互作用实验结果表明该配合物存在生物活性.
The bismuth(Ⅲ) complex Bi(2,3-Hpzdc)2 (u-OH) was synthesized by the reaction of bismuth(Ⅲ) nitrate pentahydrate and 2,3-pyrazinedicarboxylic acid (2,3-H2pzdc) in distilled water under solid liquid reflux reaction at 100℃ . The resulting complex was characterized by elemental analysis, UV-Vis spectra, FT-IR spectra, thermal analysis (TG-DSC) and X-ray powder diffraction analysis. The crystal structure of the bismuth (Ⅲ) complex belongs to monoclinic system with crystal cell parameters of a = 1. 7143 nm, b = 1. 3830 nm, c = 1. 8321 nm,/3 = 95.63^o. The experimental results show that the title complex exhibits biological activity when reacted with DNA.
