摘要
在城镇化的背景下,利用PSR模型,结合熵权法,从人口变动、土地利用和产业结构3个方面入手,对湘潭市的土地生态安全评价指标体系进行了构建,对比分析得出:湘潭地区从2002年至2011年土地生态安全指数虽呈平稳上升趋势,但基本处于危险甚至恶劣状态,造成这一状态的主要原因是产业结构不合理,土地发展与城市化发展不配套.最后提出建议:优化产业结构,减小资源环境负荷,生态环境建设要与城市化进程协调一致.
In the background of urbanization, based on the PSR model and the entropy weight method, the land of Xiangtan city ecological security evaluation index system was constructed, which included the changes of population, land use and industrial structure aspects. The results show that in the Xiangtan region from 2002 to 2011 land ecological security index is basically in a risk even in bad state even though in a steady upward trend. The main reason of this result is the unreasonable industrial structure, as well as land development not matching city change development facilities. Finally l some concerted policy recommendations are put forward to optimize the industrial structure, reduce the resource environment load as well as coordinate the construction of the ecological environment with the pace of urbanization.
