区域生态环境压力与经济发展“脱钩”关系研究——以胶东半岛为例

Study on Decoupling Relation Between Regional Ecological Environment Pressure and Economic Development——The Case of Jiaodong Peninsula

选取胶东半岛典型城市青岛、烟台和威海为研究对象,搜集了研究对象在2005～2010年6年间的能源消耗、环境污染与经济发展情况.运用数理统计的方法,用"脱钩"指数来衡量生态环境压力与经济发展间的关系.得出结论:青岛、烟台和威海的环境压力与经济发展之间处于一种相对脱钩状态,即在经济发展的同时,能源消耗和环境污染同步增加.因此,经济发展面临的环境压力还是很大的;尤其在2007年以后,能源消耗和环境污染的增长大有超过经济发展的势头,两者之间出现了复钩的迹象.

Typical cities of the Jiaodong Peninsula, Qingdao, Yantai and Weihai were selected for the study, and data of energy consumption, environmental pollution and economic development were collected in 2005-2010 during six years. The relationship between the ecological pressure on the environment and economic development was studied by using ＂decoupling＂ index on the mathematical statistics. The results show that it was in a relatively decoupling status between the environment pressure and economic development in the Jiaodong Peninsula. Its economy has been facing greater environment pressure environment, especially after 2007, which is more than economic development in the growth of energy consumption and pollution. The bottleneck of its development has become increasingly evident.
