Experimental Study on some Gold Ore from Guizhou

摘要 根据贵州某金矿的矿石特点,对其进行了再磨工艺研究,对比了粗精矿再磨、中矿再磨、粗选总尾矿再磨等工艺方案。试验结果表明,在一段磨矿粒度-0.074 mm粒级占90.58%条件下,中矿再磨再选后直接抛尾,可得产率为16.78%、金品位25.54 g/t、金回收率86.80%的金精矿,试验技术指标较好。试验结果可为矿山开发提供合理、可靠的选矿工艺技术依据。 Regrinding process was introduced to treat a gold ore from Guizhou in accordance with its properties, and the effect by regrinding rough concentrate, middlings and total tailings of roughing was compared. The results show, with the first stage grinding fineness of - 0. 074 mm 90.58% , talings discarded directly after regrinding and re-beneficiation of middlings, a gold concentrate graded at 25.54 g/t Au with recovery of 86. 80% was prepared with a yield of 16.78%. This research provides technical basis for a rational and reliable mineral process in the exploitation of this gold mine.
