贵州省石煤型钒矿的工艺矿物学及钒的赋存状态研究 被引量:17

摘要 利用多种检测方法,研究了贵州省某钒矿成矿岩石中钒的矿物学特征,在此基础上,研究酸浸出钒工艺。结果表明,钒在石煤中主要富集在云母类矿物中。赋存于钒云母和含碳钒云母中的钒占原矿总量的58.01%,赋存于绢云母中钒占原矿总量的1.35%,赋存于含钒褐铁矿中钒占原矿总钒量的3.28%。矿石中褐铁矿磁性相对较强,而钒云母和含碳质钒云母也有磁性,但磁性极弱,直至磁场强度达到2 000 mT才基本上进入磁性产品,可采用磁选预富集含钒矿物,再进行化学选矿。 The mineralogy characteristics of vanadium in mineralized vanadium ore in Guizhou Province were investigated with various measurements. Based on that, the process of leaching vanadium with acid was studied. Results showed that vanadium in stone coal was mainly enriched into mica minerals. Vanadium occurred in vanadium mica and carbon-bearing vanadium mica accounts for 58.01% of total amount of raw ore. Vanadium occurred in sericite and vanadium-bearing limonite accounts for 1.35% and 3.28%, respectively. The limonite in the ore has relatively strong magnetic property. However, vanadium mica and carbonaceous vanadium mica, both with very weak magnetic properties, cannot become magnetic products until the magnetic field intensity up to 2 000 roT. Thus it can be subjected to magnetic separation for pre-enrichment of vanadium-bearing mineral before chemical mineral separation.
