摘要
针对锌加压浸出压力釜中的砖板内衬长期在高温、高压、强氧化性(气相区氧分压高)、多酸(硫酸、盐酸和氢氟酸共存)的恶劣腐蚀环境下工作问题,为了保护内衬,采用试验室内压力釜进行生产条件模拟试验,研究了砌筑砖板内衬的TJ-ZnGYF耐温耐压防腐胶泥在不同条件下的物理性能。经生产实践证明,TJ-ZnGYF胶泥各项性能满足锌加压浸出的特殊生产工艺条件。
The brick lining of autoclave is always under severe corrosive conditions with high temperature, high pressure, high oxidability(high oxygen partial pressure in the gas phase) and strong acidity( H2S04, HCt and HF coexist) in the pressure leaching process of sphalerite. In view of such problem, TJ-ZnGYF high temperature-resistant, pressureproof and corrosion-proof mortar has been developed based on the bench-scale autoclave experiment by simulating practical production conditions. The properties of such mortar under different conditions were all studied. The practice has proven that the performance of the mortar can meet the requirements of the autoclave for pressure leach of sphalerite.
