摘要 正电子放射层析技术 (PET)是科学研究强有力的工具。文中综述了PET探测器的研究状况 ,并着重介绍了深度检出型探测器和基于半导体器件的探测器研究的最新进展。 Positron Emission Tomography (PET) has become a powerful tool for scientific studies. This paper describes the current status of the detector for PET. New schemes of depth of interaction (DOI) detector and the detector based on semiconductor devices have also been introduced
