摘要
该文设计一种基于ZigBee无线传感器网络的煤矿综采工作面设备及环境监测系统。通过分析瓦斯涌出量与采煤机速度之间的控制关系,利用ZigBee无线通信技术把采煤工作面相关信息及时传输到井下采煤机,调整采煤机与支架的速度,实现煤矿综采工作面主要生产设备的工作情况及环境实时监测,能及时发现故障隐患避免设备损坏,提高煤矿生产管理信息化程度。
This paper design a system for mining coal working surface and monitoring environment based on ZigBee to meet the demand of modem coal mining. Through the analysis of gas emission and the shearer speed, use ZigBee to send the message to the shearer so that it can adjust the speed of the shearer and stent in real -time to achieve monitoring coal mining environment and equipment. It can find equipment damage in time, and improve coal mine production management informationization.
