摘要
提出了一种基于转子动力学特性的现场平衡方式,经现场多次实践验证,对于现场无法采集相位或无专业平衡设备的可达到较好的平衡效果。缩短了用户检修停机时间,节省了便携式平衡设备购置费用。
In this paper, a method based on dynamic characteristics is proposed for rotor-balance calculation. Repeated results show that it can provide satisfactory result for rotor-balance calculation in customer site, whice has no professional balance device to collect key-phase data. By this method, it can greatly shorten maintenance downtime, saving cost of balance equipment.
