老年急性脑出血患者52例CT特征及临床诊断

CT Characteristics and Clinical Diagnosis of Elderly Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage in 52 Cases

目的:观察老年急性脑出血的临床CT特征以及临床诊断,分析其中致死、致残的危险因素。方法:对52例老年急性脑出血患者进行了临床回顾性分析,对患者CT表现进行统计。同时选取同时期55例老年非脑出血患者作为对照组,比较两组患者CT表现。结果:中线结构移位是老年急性脑出血患者CT上的主要征象,与对照比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。估算出血量是CT诊断的另一优势,结果发现,当出血量>30ml时,患者死亡率出现明显上升(P<0.01)。结论:CT可迅速对老年急性脑出血进行影像学诊断,并可以进行出血量估算,对患者治疗和预后起到积极干预作用。

Objective： Observe elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage CT features and clinical diagnosis. Methods： 52 cases of elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage patients, statistical CT findings of the patients. Results： Statistics for each group CT signs midline shift on elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage patients CT signs, compared with the control was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Estimate the amount of bleeding is another advantage of CT diagnosis was found that when the amount of bleeding〉30ml, patient mortality appeared significantly increased （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： CT can quickly give the elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage imaging diagnosis.
