摘要
目的:探讨腔隙性梗塞CT检查技术质量控制,提高诊断水平。材料与方法:应用GE prospeedFⅡ型CT机对116例临床拟诊为脑梗塞进行CT检查。采用常规CT扫描和常规CT扫描加薄层扫描及图像放大技术对比诊断评价。结果:116例常规10mm层厚扫描所得图像诊断为脑梗塞的76例,占65.5%(76/116),其中基底节区脑腔梗57例,占脑梗的75%(57/76)。常规平扫图像加薄层扫描及图像放大技术,诊断脑梗塞为103例,占到89.65%(103/116),诊断阳性符合率明显高于平扫检查。结论:CT质量控制可以提高腔隙性梗塞的诊断准确率。
Objective: To investigate the lacunar infarction CT technique in the examination of quality control, improve the level of diagnosis. Materials and methods: The application of GE prospeedF II CT on 116 cases diagnosed as cerebral infarction were examined by CT. Using conventional CT scans and conventional CT scanning and thin layer scanning and image contrast amplification technology evaluation. Results: 116 cases of conventional 10mm layer thickness obtained from scanning image diagnosis of cerebral infarction in 76 cases, accounting for 65.5% (76/116), the basal ganglia cerebral cavity in 57 cases of cerebral peduncle, accounted for 75% (57/76). Routine scan image with thin slice scan and image magnification, diagnosis for 103 cases of cerebral infarction, accounted for 89.65% (103/116), diagnosis coincidence rate was significantly higher than that of plain scan. Conclusion: The quality of CT control can improve the accuracy rate of diagnosis of lacunar infarction.
