摘要
黄河大峡水电站自投产发电以来,真空破坏阀运行故障缺陷频发,已不能满足机组频繁开、停机和正常运行。通过技术改造,成功地解决了机组在开、停机和大幅度调整负荷过程中真空破坏阀经常发卡喷水,导致水淹水导轴承的重大设备隐患。文章对技术改造从方案论证、设备选型、安装实施、运行检验等方面进行了分析、总结。
since operation of Daxia Hydropower Station, failures and defects of the operation of the vacuum breaker valve often occur. The valve can not satisfy frequent start, shutdown and normal operation of the unit. Through technical renovation, the serious potential risk of the vacuum breaker valve spilling water due to the valve sticking resulting in water-guiding bearing inundation is eliminated suc- cessfully during the unit start, shutdown and load adjustment in a large scale. In this paper, the technical renovation is analyzed and summarized in terms of scheme argument, equipment type selection, installation and operation inspection, etc.
