摘要
针对某水轮发电机轴系的真实结构,利用ANSYS 13.0软件分别采用一维模型和三维模型2种方法来计算轴系的临界转速和振型,并将结果与采用传递矩阵法的结果相比较。一维模型的计算精度满足要求且具有计算耗时少、模型修改方便的优点。
aiming at the true structure of one turbine-generator shaft system, the critical rotation speed and vibration mode of the shaft system are calculated by application of 1D model and 3D model respectively of ANSYS 13.0. Furthermore, the computerized results are compared with those computerized by application of transfer matrix method. Precision of computerization by 1D model satisfies require- ments and features little time consumption of computerization and convenient model modification.
