摘要 详细介绍了西门子公司S7-300PLC和组态软件在竖炉球团生产工艺自动控制系统中的应用。介绍了竖炉球团生产工艺的控制流程,控制系统的总体设计方案,系统的硬件设计,网络结构、PLC程序设计及上位机监控系统的设计。设计采用了工业以太网,保证了系统网络的稳定性,分散了风险,并降低了网络建设成本。针对球团生产过程中竖炉温度控制对象的非线性、时变性及不确定性等特点,采用基于模糊自适应的PID控制方法来控制煤气和助燃风的流量,进而控制温度。该系统实现了竖炉球团工艺自动控制,自2012年6月份投产以来,实际运行稳定,效果良好。 This paper describes the Siemens S7-300 PLC and configuration software in shaft furnace pellet production application of automatic control. System includes the process of shaft furnace pellet production,the general design of control system and system hardware,the network structure,the programming design in PLC and the monitor system based configuration software. Design by industrial Ethernet,system improved the network stability,reduced the risk and the cost of network construction . Considering such characteristics of the temperature of furnace as non--linearity,time variability and uncertainty,a fuzzy adaptive PID control method was proposed. The system realizes automatic control of shaft furnace pellet production and has been put into operation in June 2012. The actual operating was stable and have good effect.
