摘要
该文通过引用和解释安全仪表的设计标准和规范,系统地介绍了安全仪表的相关知识。并通过举例国内火力发电厂FSSS和ETS安全系统的设计和应用状况,并着重介绍了安全仪表系统在沙河电厂的应用设计方法和设计过程,提出了采用符合SIL3安全认证的系统的重要性和设计方法。
By reference and interpretation of the design standards of the security instrument ,standardized system introduced the knowledge of the security instrument in the paper.And by example,the FSSS domestic thermal power plants and the ETS security system design and application status,and focuses on the safety instrumented system,pro-posed in the Shahe power plant application of design methods and design process,the importance and design methods for SIL3 safety certification system was proposed and implementation.
