摘要
伴随着炭黑在国内需求的增加,炭黑行业的发展速度地得到了提高,许多炭黑企业增加了信息管理系统,其中一个重要的功能模块就是炭黑反应炉的信息管理模块,炭黑反应炉积累了大量历史数据,为了有效合理的利用这些历史数据,从中获取相应的价值,需要建立反应炉历史数据分析系统。该系统以企业需求为基础,需要构建历史数据仓库系统。本文以某企业炭黑反应炉历史数据仓库构建为内容,提出了以星形模型为主的多维数据仓库模型,为炭黑反应炉过程历史数据挖掘打下了基础。
With the rising demand of carbon black in our country,the carbon black industrial has been through great development in the last few years. Many enterprises utilize information system in the process of producing carbon black. And this kind of system usually contains the management of the reactor furnace. Huge amount of data has been collected from the reactor. In order to data mine the precious knowledge hiding in the historical data,a data warehouse was needed to be built. This paper was based on the work of building a carbon black data warehouse for string the process data for later analyzing. And the data warehouse was based on star multi dimensional data model. This data warehouse builds foundation for the future analyzing process.
