摘要
通过采用LT55陶瓷刀片加工格基合金石o陶瓷刀片加工钻基合金的试验研究,得出了比较理想的切削参数。并且通过采用加大刀片员前角,改善其所受应力状态,减小切屑厚度一降低切削冲击载荷,提高刀具寿命,从而解决了陶瓷刀具在切削硬度高、冲击载荷较大的零件加工时的困难。
The reasonable cutting parameter is obtained through the experimental research of LT55 cutter machiningCr-based alloy and SG4 cutter machining Co-based alloy. The stress distribution is improved and thecutting size is reduced by applying large negtive fore angle cutter. the impact load is lowered, and thelifespan of the cutter is promoted. thus resolve the problem of ceramic cutter machining high hardness,large impact load parts.
