摘要 针对微小型零件毛刺影响装配质量的问题,提出了面向装配的视觉检测方法。建立了轴和毛刺的简化力学模型,推导了在装配过程中由于装配力的影响毛刺自动脱落的力学条件。建立了装配过程中能够自动脱落毛刺根部尺寸和微小型轴的长度、直径之间的数学关系,提出了测量毛刺根部厚度和宽度的方法,将测量的毛刺尺寸应用到微齿轮内孔的图像测量中,剔除对装配没有影响的毛刺,用最大内接圆法拟合内孔轮廓上的剩余点,测量出了微齿轮内孔的实际装配尺寸。试验数据表明该检测方法可以有效地提高微小型零件装配质量和装配精度。 Aimed at the problem of difficult to assure the assembly quality for the burr in micro parts, the method of vision inspection for assembly was proposed. The simplified mechanical model of shaft and burr was established. The mechani- cal condition that burrs separate from micro parts automatically during assembly was deduced. The mathematical relation between automatically separated burrs and the length and the diameter of the shaft was established. The method to inspect the thickness and the width was presented. The inspected burr size was used in image measurement of the hole. The burrs that have no effect on the assembly were removed from hole contour image. The rest points on the hole contour were fitted with maximum inscribed circle method to inspect the real size of the hole for assembly. The experiment result shows that the proposed inspection method can improve assembly quality and precision.
