摘要
冷凝液电导率频繁超标,迫使近100t冷凝液排放,不仅能耗增加且对环境造成影响,为了降低冷凝液电导率,通过提高烟气温度、优化流程走向,提高低压系统蒸汽量方法,增强增湿-汽提系统处理能力,从而将冷凝液电导率控制在10μs/cm回收标准。
As conductivity of liquor condensate was over - proof frequently, about 100 ton of liquor condensate had been discharged, so that energy consumption was increased, and environment affected. To reduce the conductivity of liquor condensate, the processing capacity of humidification - steam stripping system was enhanced by increased flue - gas temperature, optimized flow direction, increased quantity of steam in low - pressure system, so that the conductivity of liquor condensate was controlled at lOlxs/cm recovery criteria.
