煤粉燃烧及SNCR脱硝反应过程数值模拟

摘要 使用Fluent6.3.26对一个简单的燃烧器内煤粉燃烧及非选择性催化还原(SNCR)脱销进行了模拟。应用标准k-ε双方程模型计算气体的湍流流动,采用组分运输模型、P-1辐射模型,得到燃烧器内部的速度、压力、和浓度场信息,模拟结果与实际得到较好的吻合。 The selective catalytic reduction (SNCR) out of stock and a simple burner in pulverized coal combustion was simulated through fluent software, and the standard k - e two equation was applied to calculate the flue gas turbulence, using the component transport model and P - 1 radiation model, the burner internal velocity, pressure, and concentration field information were got, and the simulation results were good and agreement with the actual.
