酸催化合成双吲哚烷基化合物的方法研究进展

摘要 综述不同类型的质子酸、路易斯酸和固体酸在催化合成双吲哚烷基化合物中的应用方法及其优缺点。主要介绍了利用丙酸、KHSO4、H3PMo12O40、氨基磺酸、H3PW12O40等质子酸作为催化剂,Ln(OTf)3、LiClO4、硝酸铈铵、InCl3、Dy(OTf)3、碘等Lewis酸作为催化剂,高岭石10 K粘土、HY-硅酸盐、硅胶负载硫酸氢钠或固体酸amberlyst-15等固体酸作为催化合成双吲哚烷基化合物。 The application methods of protonic acid, Lewis acid and solid acid in catalyzed synthesizing double indole alkyl compound and their advantages and disadvantages were summarized. Using protonic acid such as propionic acid, potas- sium bisulfate, H3 PMo12O40, sulfamic acid and H3 PW12 O40, Lewis acid such as Ln(OTf) 3, LiClO4, cerium(IV) diammoni- um nitrate, InCl3, Dy(OTf)3 and iodine, solid acid such as Kaolinite clay, HY - silicate, silica gel - supported sodium- hydrogen sulfate and amberlyst- 15, as catalyst to synthesize double indole alkylcompound was introduced.
