摘要
采用金相观察、显微硬度、磨损试验、腐蚀试验及热震试验等方法,研究了Ni-W(D)合金电刷镀层的组织、性能及工作电压对其影响。结果表明,刷镀电压在11~13 V内时刷镀层的综合性能好:具有组织均匀细小、镀层与基体金属结合强度高、抗滑动磨损性能好和耐腐蚀性强。
Thermal shock test, microscopy, micro -hardness, wear resistance and corrosion test were used to study the relation of microstructure and properties of brush plated NiW(D) layer with brush -plating voltage. The result showed that Ni -W (D) layer had good comprehensive properties with even and fine microstructure, good adhesion, wear and corrosion resistance when the plating voltage was 11 -13V.
