摘要
以2,3,4,5-四氯苯甲酰氯为原料,通过氟代,经与叠氮化钠反应生成3,5-二氯-2,4-二氟苯异氰酸酯,3,5-二氯-2,4-二氟苯异氰酸酯再与另一中间体2,6-二氟苯甲酰胺加成反应制得杀虫剂伏虫隆,含量99.2%,总收率78.3%。该工艺简便、生产成本低、收率高且适合工业化生产。
Teflubenzuron was synthesized from 2,3,4,5 -tetrachlorobenzoylchloride by fluorination, by reaction with sodium azide to generate 3, 5 - dichlor - 2, 4 - difluorophenyl isocyanate, an acylation reaction of 3,5 - dichlor - 2,4 - difluorophenyl isocyanate and 2, 6 - difluorobenzamide produced a second intermediate with a purity of 99.2% and an o- verall yield of 78.3%. The process was simple, low cost, high yield and suitable for industrial production.
