摘要
对内蒙古鄂尔多斯世林化工引进的两段式干煤粉加压气化炉的复杂控制进行了详细阐述,根据预设开车曲线,合理调整氧煤比,使气化炉的负荷达到设计要求,通过开车中出现的问题,逐步积累运行经验,为完善整个控制系统打下坚实的基础,同时也为洁净煤气化技术开好头。
Shilin Chemical Co. , Ltd. imported the complex control of two stage dry pulverized coal pressurized gasification furnace that was introduced in detail. According to the preset drive curve, through reasonable adjusted oxygen coal ratio, the gasifier load met the design requirements. The gradual accumulation of operating experience from driving problems laid solid foundation to perfect the control system and can be a good start for the clean coal gasification technology.
