摘要 利用Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机,测定了ER50-6钢热轧盘条的动态CCT曲线,研究了其连续冷却相变规律,分析了不同冷却速度对钢的组织、硬度的影响。结果表明:当冷速不超过1℃/s的情况下,盘条组织为粗大铁素体加少量珠光体,组织晶粒度和硬度随冷速的变化不大;当冷速超过3℃/s时,盘条组织以铁素体加少量珠光体为主,同时含有少量的贝氏体。随着冷却速度的增加,铁素体晶粒变细,贝氏体含量逐渐增加,盘条硬度逐渐升高。 Gleeble 1500 thermal simulation machine was used to simulate the hot rolling process of ER50 -6 Wire Rod through measurement of dynamic CCT diagram. The continuous cooling phase transformation behavior was studied to analyze the microstructure and hardness under different cooling rates. The grain size and hardness of the organization have little change with the cooling rate, meanwhile the microstructure of the Wire Rod is ferrite + pearlite, when the cooling rate is less than 1 ℃/s. The microstructure mainly consists of ferrite + minor pearlite, and a small amount of bainite, when the cooling speed exceeds 3 ℃/s. With the increasing of cooling rate, the ferrite grain becomes refined, the content of bainite and the hardness of the Wire Rod gradually improved.
