摘要
介绍原燃料对新疆八钢A高炉操作参数产生影响,导致炉况顺行变差,有害元素富集改变送风参数。通过建立适宜的操作制度,抑制钛的析出,及时排出有害元素,活跃炉缸,优化炉前作业参数等一系列对策,影响高炉寿命的因素得以抑制,高炉顺行状况良好。
The paper has introduced such influences of raw materials and fuels on A# BF operation parameters in Bayi Steel as worsening smelting BF conditions, harmful elements enrichment which changes parameters of blowing. Through such measures as monitoring and analyzing BF parameters, setting up suitable operational regulations, restraining titanium separation out from slag, discharging harmful elements on time, activating furnace, optimizing operation parameters, replacing the deformed tuyere bush to restore blowing parameters, taking anhydrous grouting lining for hot area on BF side wall which is measured by thermoeouples and adjusting cooling parameters, negative factors affecting BF life-span are controlled, BF smooth operation is kept, and life -span is improved.
