摘要
攀钢通过对烧结产能现状与影响因素进行分析,实施了钒钛精矿强化制粒改善透气性,推行高负压、大风量、厚料层烧结,提高作业率,治理漏风,提高强度与成品率技术研究,提升了烧结产能水平;2011年生产烧结矿比2010年增加规模产量59万吨,确保了高炉用料的供给。
The current sintering capacity and influencing factors are analyzed, and the granulation of vanadium and titanium concentrates is enhanced to improve the permeability, high vacuum, high air quantity, and thick layer sintering are carried out to improve the operating rate, and treating air leakage, study on strength and yield - increasing technology are implemented as a result the sintering production has increased. 590,000 tons more sintering ores were produced in 2011 than 2010, and BF demand is met.
