介绍了新钢公司焦化厂干熄塔检修全部采用湿熄焦的状况,在高炉操作上,采取以活跃炉缸为主,从上下部调剂、细节管理入手,采取控制合理的操作方针,缓解焦炭在高温区的粉化等措施,有效地改善了高炉顺行的生产实践。
Based on the status of adopting wet quenching before maintenance of coking plant＇ s Dryquenching Coke Tower, such measures are carried out in Xinsteel 10# BF as active hearth blast furnace operation, starting from upper ＆ lower adjustment and detailed management, reasonably-controlled operation, and easing coke powdering in high temperature area, BF operation is effectively improved. The paper has introduced the production practice mentioned adove.
