摘要
以邻菲罗啉为原料,首先经硝化、还原制得5-邻菲罗啉胺,再将5-邻菲罗啉胺与几种二元酸酐发生酰化反应合成了N-(5-邻菲罗啉基)丁二酸单酰胺、N-(5-邻菲罗啉基)戊二酸单酰胺和N-(5-邻菲罗啉基)己二酸单酰胺,并且使用红外光谱证实了它们的结构.
5-amino-1, 10-phenanthroline was synthesized from phenanthroline through nitrification and reduction reaction. Then several compounds, such as N-(5-phenanthroline) succinic acid amide, N-(5-phenanthroline) glutaric acid am- ide and N-(5-phenanthroline) adipic acid amide, were synthesized from 5-amino-1, 10-phenanthroline and several dibasic acid anhydrides by means of acylation reactions. The structures of the three products were corroborated by infrared spectroscopy.
