摘要
目的建立测定复方芩兰口服液中绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent Extend C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(17∶83∶1)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为324 nm,柱温为30℃。结果绿原酸质量浓度在7.28~72.8μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=5),平均回收率为96.79%,RSD为1.15%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于复方芩兰口服液中绿原酸的测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Compound Qinlan Oral Solution.Methods The Agilent Extend-C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(17 ∶83 ∶1) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 324 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results Chlorogenic acid showed good linearity relation with the peak area within the range of 7.28-72.8 μg/mL(r=0.999 9,n=5).The average recovery rate was 96.79%,RSD=1.15%(n=6).Conclusion This method is simple and accurate with good re-producibility,and can be used for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Compound Qinlan Oral Solution.
