正交设计优选醉鱼草果实总三萜提取工艺 被引量:2

摘要 目的优选醉鱼草果实总三萜的最佳提取工艺。方法以醉鱼草果实总三萜提取率及浸膏得率为考察指标,采用正交试验,对乙醇浓度(A)、提取时间(B)、提取次数(C)、料液比(D)4个因素进行考察,筛选出最佳提取工艺。结果优选出最佳提取工艺为80%乙醇,料液比1∶10,回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论优选的提取方法适于醉鱼草果实总三萜的提取。 Objective To optimize the extraction technology of total triterpenoids in the fruits of Buddleja lindleyana. Methods The ex- traction rate of total triterpenoids and the yield of extractum were selected as the evaluating indexes. An orthogonal test was carried out to observe the influences of the alcohol concentration (A) , extraction hours (B) , extraction times (C) and material-lipuid ratio (D). Results The optimized extraction technology for total triterpenoids from the fruits of Buddleja lindleyana was as follows:extracting with l O times 80% alcohol,3 times reflux,and 1 hour per time. Conclusion The optimized extracting procedure is fit for the extraction of total triter- penoids from the fruits of Buddleja lindleyana.
