凤丹皮水溶性成分的特征图谱研究

Characteristic chromatogram of water soluble components of feng-cortex moutan from Anhui

目的研究凤丹皮水溶性成分的特征图谱,为控制凤丹皮的质量提供依据。方法采用HPLC法,以乙腈—0.05 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在230 nm下,以丹皮酚、芍药苷、没食子酸为参照物,对凤丹皮水溶性成分的特征图谱进行分析。结果凤丹皮有12个共有峰,特征图谱的整体相似度均在0.687～0.864。结论获得的凤丹皮水溶性成分特征图谱具有良好的重现性,其特征性、专属性强,相似度高,可为控制凤丹皮的质量提供依据。

Objective To study the characteristic chromatogram of water soluble components of Feng-Cortex Moutan for controlling the quality. Methods HPLC was used to study 10 batches of characteristic chromatograms of Feng-Cortex Moutan with paeonol, paeoniflorin and gallic acid served as the references and the detective wavelength of 230nm. The mobile phase was acetonitrile ： 0.05 mol L-1 KH2PO4 （gradient elution）. Results 12 common peaks were revealed in the characteristic chromatograms of Feng-Cortex Moutan. The sample＇ s overall similarities of the characteristic chromatograms were all between 0. 687 and 0. 864. Conclusion The characteristic chromatograms with good reproducibility and similarity provide a scientific basis for the control of the quality of Feng-Cortex Mouta.
