同型半胱氨酸、叶酸和维生素B12水平在维汉两族子痫前期患者中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】探讨维吾尔族、汉族两民族子痫前期患者血浆总同型半胱氨酸(tHcy)及其代谢因子叶酸(FA)、维生素B-z(VitB。z)水平差异及与其病情轻重程度的关系。【方法】选择维、汉两族正常晚期妊娠者分别38例、31例,子痫前期轻度患者分别39例、33倒,子痫前期重度患者分剐30例、36例,分别检测并比较血浆tHcy水平、血清FA、VitBt2水平。【结果】每个族tHcy水平在对照组、子痫前期轻度组、子痫前期重度组三组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且两两比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),但维汉两族比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);FA水平在正常对照组中维族低于汉族,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),汉族三组之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),维族三组之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);VitB。:水平在对照组中维汉对比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),汉族三组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),维族三组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。【结论】子痫前期患者的tHcy水平显著增高,与病情轻重程度有关;子痫前期患者中FA、VitB1。水平降低,且两民族间存在一定的差异性。 [Objective] To explore the difference of the levels of plasma total homocysteine(tHcy) and its met- abolic factors folic acid(FA) and vitamin B12(Vit 1312) in patients with preeclampsia between Han and Uygur na- tionality and their relationship with the severity of the disease. [Methods]A total of 38 cases of normal pregnancy at third trimester, 39 cases of mild preeclampsia and 30 cases of severe preeclampsia in Han nationality and 31 ca- ses of normal pregnancy at third trimester, 33 cases of mild preeclampsia and 36 cases of severe preeclampsia in Uygur nationality were selected. Plasma tHcy level and serum levels of folic acid and vitamin ]31z were detected and compared. [Results] There were significantly differences in plasma tHcy of each nationality among normal control group, mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group, and there was significant difference between two groups of them ( P ~ 0. 05), but there was no significant difference between Han and Uygur nationality ( P 0.05). Serum level of FA in normal control group of Uygur nationality was lower than that of Han nationality, and there was significant difference( P d0.05). There was significant difference in serum level of FA in Han na- tionality among three groups( P d0.05). There was no significant difference in serum level of FA of Uygur na- tionality among three groups( P 〉0.05). There was no significant difference in serum level of Vit B12 in normal control group between Han and Uygur nationality( P 〉0. 05). There was no significant difference in serum level of Han nationality among three groups( _P 〉0. 05), while there was significant difference in Uygur nationality a- mong three groups( P 〈~0.05). [Conclusion] The level of tHcy in patients with preeclampsia markedly increases, which is related to the severity of the disease. The levels of FA and Vit B12 of patients with preeclampsia decrease. There are some differences between the two nationalities.
