绿色·家园·和谐:南京江心洲“生态科技岛”概念规划的人文主义评估

于2010年初步成形的关于南京江心洲"生态科技岛"概念性规划清晰地反映出产业升级、环保升级乃至理念的升级。该规划注重生态基础设施的先行性、注重人居场所与自然环境的和谐性,这一思路在生态健康的前提下能够实现人居、环境、经济文化发展良性互动的可能。根据对该规划及其初步实施的考察,可进一步提出如下建议:江心洲的定位与南京主城区应该有错综,以保留其"世外性";规划的受益者首先应该是本地风土、物种和本地居民。"生态"集约了自然生态与人文生态,而"生态"与"科技"的统一则体现了江心洲发展的健康方向。

The 2010 conceptual scheming of ＂Eco-scientific Island＂ for Nanjing Central Shoal clearly il-lustrates the upgrading of industry, environmental protection and conception. The plan lays emphasis on the leading importance of ecological foundation as well as the harmony between human habitat and the physical surroundings. With this idea, it is possible to realize the healthy interaction among people, environment and economy. This essay, based on its investigation of the scheming, suggests further that the development of Cen- tral Shoal ＂lag＂ behind the growth of the urban area, leaving local landscapes, species, and inhabitants as the main beneficiaries. ＂Ecology＂ is to be evaluated in terms of both nature and culture, and the communion of e-cology and science indicates the right direction of developing Nanjing Central Shoal.
