摘要
采用两种有机金属化合物为起始原料,用溶胶─凝胶法通过合理控制反应条件,制备出β-SiC 凝胶粉体,然后在 Ar气氛、900~1300℃下热处理,制备出了纯度非常高、颗粒尺寸在10nm左右的β-SiC纳米粉体。产物纯度达到99.92%。利用X-ray粉晶衍射和透射电镜(TEM)结合Raman光谱对制得的粉体进行了形貌、结构及颗粒尺寸系统研究。讨论了反应温度对β-SiC纳米粉体颗粒生长机制的影响。
It was reported that monodispersed spherical β- SiC nanostructured powder was synthesized by a sol- gel process derived from the hydrolysis of a mixture of two organisms in this paper. The gel powder became monodispersed spherical β-SiC nanostruc tured powder by heat- treating at 900~ 1300℃ in Ar atmosphere. The sizes of β-SiC powder of high purity and low oxygen were about 10nm^l. spin at different heat treatment temperatures. The content of the β-SiC was 99. 92 %. The morphology and structure and grain size were systematically studied by XRD,TEM and Raman spectroscopy. Finally, the process of the growth mechanism of the β- SiC nanostructured Powder at different temperatures was discussed.
