摘要
目的评价间苯三酚联合曲马多对妊娠合并肾绞痛的疗效。方法 52例妊娠合并肾绞痛患者随机分组,治疗组静脉滴注间苯三酚,对照组静脉滴注山莨胆碱。两组均同时给予曲马多治疗。观察组间肾绞痛缓解情况、不良反应。结果治疗组有效率92.3%,不良反应率19.2%,对照组有效率61.5%,不良反应率57.6%。组间比较有效率及不良反应率均差别显著(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合曲马多治疗妊娠合并肾绞痛效果肯定,且能有助于安胎,无明显不良反应。
Objective To evaluate the effect of phloroglucinolon combined with tramadol in the treatment of gestational nephric colic. Methods Total 52 women with gestational nephric colic were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group （n = 26） was treated by pholroglucinolon combined with tramadol, and the control group （n = 26） was treated by anisodamine combined with tramadol. The effect to relieve pain and adverse reaction were observed. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 92.3% and in the control group was 61.5%. The effects of lessening gestational acute kidney pain and adverse reaction between the two groups showed significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Phloroglucinolon combined with tramadol is the best selection in the treatment of gestational nephric colic among the non-anticholinergic medicine, which is worthy of clinical application.
