中药虎杖治疗高龄老年性急性冠脉综合征的疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of TCM Polygoni Cuspidati in the Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndromes in the Elderly

目的探讨中药虎杖治疗高龄老年性急性冠脉综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2010年2月至2012年8月72例我院收治的高龄老年性急性冠脉综合征患者,分为观察组和对照组各36例。观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用中药虎杖治疗,对照组采用常规的硝酸酯类及ACEI类药物小剂量治疗。观察患者治疗前后的心电图变化、血脂以及不良反应等。结果观察组在心绞痛疗效及心电图疗效方面都要明显优于对照组。结论中药虎杖在治疗高龄老年性急性冠脉综合征方面有一定疗效,不良反应少,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy ofTCMpolygoni cuspidati in the treatment of acute coronary syndromes in the elderly. Methods 72 patients with acute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 36 cases in each group. The control group used conventional therapy, and the observation group used conventional therapy and TCM polygoni cuspidate. Electrocardiogram changes, blood lipids of the two groups before and after treatment were observed, and the adverse reactions were analyzed. Results The observation group had significantly better efficacy than the control group in the improvement of angina and ECG. Conclusions TCM palygoni cuspidati in the treatment of acute coronary syndromes in the elderly has a good effect, with fewer adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
