对老年男性患者采用舒适导尿法的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comfortable Catheterization on the Elderly Male Patients

目的探讨舒适导尿法在老年男性患者护理中的效果。方法将130例需要实施导尿的老年男性患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各65例。实验组采用舒适导尿法,即护理过程采用舒适护理模式,导尿时应用利多卡因麻醉剂和石蜡油;对照组只采取传统导尿法。对比两组患者导尿的一次成功率、疼痛感、尿道黏膜损伤发生率、患者满意度。结果实验组的一次导尿成功率为92.3%,明显高于对照组的47.7%(P<0.05);实验组患者的疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的尿道黏膜损伤发生率为7.7%,远低于对照组的70.8%(P<0.01);实验组患者对舒适护理模式的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理过程采用舒适护理模式,导尿过程应用利多卡因麻醉剂和石蜡油能有效提高老年患者一次尿管置入成功率,并有效减少患者的疼痛感,提升患者的满意度。

Objective To discuss the effect of comfortable catheterization method in nursing for elderly male patients. Methods 130 cases of elderly male patients who needed catheterization were divided into experimental group and control group, with 65 cases in each group. The experimental group adopted comfortable catheterization with comfortable nursing mode using lidocaine and paraffin oil in nursing process, the control group adopted traditional catheterization, to compare the rate of catheterization finishing at the first time, pain, the incidence of mucosa＇s injury and the degree of satisfaction between the two groups. Results The rate of catheterization finishing at the first time in the experimental group was 92.3%, obviously higher than 47.7% in the control group （P〈0.05）; the degree of pain in the experimental group was lighter than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; the rate of the incidence ofmucosa＇s injury in the experimental group was 7.7%, far lower than 70.8% in the control group （P 〈0.01）; the degree of satisfaction about comfortable nursing mode of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Adopting comfortable nursing mode in the nursing progress and using lidocaine and paraffin oil can effectively improve the rate of catheterization finishing at the first time, ease the pain of patients, and improve the degree of satisfaction.
