摘要
采用凝胶自燃法制备超细高活性Ni─Zn─Cu铁氧体粉。利用 TEM、SEM、XRD与 HP4194A研究了粉末及烧结铁氧体的显微结构、形貌、晶粒尺寸、组成相与性能的关系。所获得不加助熔剂的 Ni—Zn—Cu烧结铁氧体具有低烧(≤900℃)、高性能的特点,主要磁性能指标如下:μi870℃=500,μ900℃=900,品质因数大于5,截止频率约10MHz。材料的磁化主要源于畴壁位移。
Ni-Zn-Cu ferrite powder with ultra- fine grain size and high reactivity was obtained by gel self- propagating method. The relationship between component, microstructure, grain size and properties was studied by XRD.TEM, SEM and HP4194 impedance analyzer. The ferrite sample could be sintered under 900℃ without dopant, Its properties were as follow:pia:ot = 500'μi900℃= 900, quality factor ≥5. cutoff frequencies were about 10MHz. The magnetism mainly result from domain wall motion.
