Rethinking of Otorhinolaryngology Teaching for Internship in New Situation

面对耳鼻咽喉科见习学时较短、内容较多,学科对后续优秀人才需求增加的新情况,我们采取了改善教学环境、改进教学技术手段、建立完整系统的教学网站、开放临床病例教学资源实行全天候实践教学、鼓励学生朝医教研结合的方向发展等措施,以调动学生的学习兴趣和促进主观能动性学习,达到培养"基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强、素质高、富有创新精神"的医学人才的教学目标。

Many difficulties are accentuated in otolaryngology teaching for trainee, such as short time, more content, increased needs of follow-up excellent talents. In order to deal with such difficulties and reach the teaching goals, we had improved teaching environment and technology means, established full system of teaching website, opened clinical cases for whole day＇s practice teaching, encouraged students towards medical clinic and research. All the measures mobilized students＇ learning interest and initiative learning, and made the good results.
