摘要 [目的]比较上、下肢静脉给药在静脉诱导麻醉中的时效差异,为临床护士静脉麻醉时选择穿刺静脉提供依据。[方法]选择采用静脉麻醉的住院手术病人60例,分为上肢静脉给药(上肢组)和下肢静脉给药(下肢组),按1.5 mg/kg的剂量静脉注射丙泊酚,观察病人意识消失的时间、疼痛的主诉、血压及心率的变化。[结果]上肢组诱导时间短于下肢组(P<0.001);两组病人疼痛、血压及心率变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]在静脉麻醉诱导中选择上肢静脉给药,意识消失时间短于下肢静脉给药。 Objective: To compare the timeliness differences of upper and lower limbs intravenous administration during intravenous anesthetic induction,so as to provide the evidences for clinical nurses selecting punctured vein for intravenous anesthesia. Methods:A total of 60 surgical inpatients accepting intravenous anesthesia were selected,and were divided into upper extremity group and lower limb group. All patients received intravenous propofol,with a dose of 1.5 mg/kg,then to observe the changes of consciousness loss time, complain of pain, blood pressure and heart rate. Results:The induction time was shorter in upper limb group than that of lower limb group(P〈0. 001). There were no statistically significant differences in changes of pain,blood pressure and heart rate between two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion. To select upper limbs intravenous administration in the intravenous anesthetic induction can shorten the consciouseness loss time remarkably compared with the upper limb group.
